Jeg har leid et lokale på Bislett for dagen og ønsker å invitere til “diverse” innføring/videreføring i somatisk terapi som et hverdagsverktøy, samt hvordan bruke dette i sensuelt skyggarbeid. Jeg holder workshop i utgangspunktet på norsk, men det er lett for meg å flyte inn engelsk samtidig ved behov 

Det er fire tidsbolker:

1) Workshop kl 12 til 14. Du er velkommen til å være igjen etterpå en stund. 50kr for å bli med på

2) Gratis åpent hus//”kom og heng // still meg spørsmål og skravle//få en aktivisering” mellom kl 1430 og 17. Ta gjerne med noe frukt, te eller lignende

The plan is to hold it in norsk, but if there are people that do not speak norsk I will add english in the mix.

I will hold workshop at two set times, cost is 50 kr per. The doors are open 15 min before the start. And you are welcome to stay after the workshop

In this post I share a bit about working with Archetypes in general, and with The Dark Feminine specifically.

This is an Energy that is greatly demonized, and has been for centuries~ nah, millennia? Lilith and Eve… EXACTLY because of all the power she holds; She is creation. And destruction. Imagine ALL the Energy she holds in her- that will be your Gifts too you when you embrace this part of yourself?

When this aspect is integrated and embraced as a natural part of a Healthy whole it works through the Heart of Hearts; and there is no shadow in any way. It will only break and destroy what is dis-eased.

It is when this parts of you are shamed/shunned, this parts acts out from the shadow aspect- like a demon or a monster it will lash out. Because what we suppress into the darkness (unconscious) we have no control over. And this often (usually) created a negative spiral; because the shame of the shadow reaction have you/it suppress it more, then this aspect shows up even more from the shadow- etc. Adding that what we suppress we will also project onto others through negative judgment.

In order to bring something from the Shadows; light needs to shine on it: meaning to allow and accept aspects that’s still immature to come out; Because there is no growing in the Shadows; there isn’t true Heart connection from this point

Why destruction? Because what happens if build on bad foundations?

Destruction can also be LOVE: I often call it the Beautiful Havoc; as in the deconstruction of the constrictions around our Heart. Truth can be an aspect of destruction. Other ways: unveiling of layers of conditioning = undressing of the ego.

Please note that when I write ego I never mean that the ego is bad in itself; I believe the ego has a Divine purpose as a master tool for our wholeness and are exactly a part of the whole that is us/you/me.

We change the World from the inside out: and we heal (and by this I mean mature) our Creative//Destructive Energy through letting her come out to play. She is a part of ALL of us no matter your Gender

The trick is to know when and where it’s an appropriate space. Otherwise shame can be activated, and you end of throwing her down in the dungeons again (and how many times have this shame cycle happened with you before??)

Lack of sexual desire and problems with numbness in genitalia, inability to Orgasm or erection dysfunction as well as premature ejaculation is connected to suppression of Dark Feminine qualities within you.

It affects in short the quality of your sexual experience and emotional connection with others. So it feels good to integrate and mature this part?

A few Contemplations:

• Identify when you judge or are jealous of others for their sensual and sexual energy. If you are attracted to Females then you can also feel into what qualities you find desirable with them sexually- in particular the things you have a love/hate relationship with.
• Another point is to feel into if/when you experience, or give, emotional abuse or manipulate.

When we work with her; these aspects might show up as in particular strong fears of death and rejection. And that there is absolutely a real chance that some will reject and ridicule; because this Energy is felt so shameful for many, that they rather project than do shadow-work.

It is EXACTLY because of this that it is so incredible important that you are here reading this: because it shows that you truly care about supporting and co-creating Healing for the World and yourself

So when working with this archetype it is important to understand some context around why she is connected to so much deep shame- and it has to do with the history of all the ways Females and Feminine Energy have been demonized, violated and haunted. I will add that Feminine Energy is something that EVERYONE holds, and that every person also has Dark Feminine aspect

It feels very natural to address: in many ways I less and less think in terms of feminine and masculine Energy now. And rather focus mostly on Gift/Shadow of certain Energies, and that I here often focus on dark and light as the polarities.

• Dark: as the more extroverted active element.
• Light: as the more introverted and observing element.
• And that ultimately when these aspects are gradually integrated more and more ONEness blooms; where there is no separation at all (illusion).

Feminine, Masculine, Light, Dark etc are simply labels that supports communication about abstract energies, subjects and objects be easier to communicate and identify.

Is she alive in you?

She’s certainly been coming out to play with me lately; it’s juicy❤️‍🔥 And a core aspect here was for me to also work on (by that I mean to bring awareness/light to) my Light Masculine aspect , as this is the polarity Archetype to the Dark Feminine.

For me she is the Dark Mother that creates; yet she leaves //keeps a distance after the birth as she is not much of a nurturer in that way (that is the Light Feminine and Light Masculine aspects). Just like the Dark Masculine does the fucking (penetration) but not the nurture per say.

Get to KNOW her?

And yeah; this applies if you identify as a Male too. She’s there within us all
She’s simply more buried with some than others, as well as more active in some peoples blueprint. If you are a male body; feel into how you would like a woman to show up here- and then tap into this part of you

What does your Dark Feminine crave? What does she want to tear down? What does she want to create? What does she likes eat, taste. How does she eat? How does she walk? Dance? What music do she like? What have her shake her ass with extra vigor? What partner does she want? Or maybe she wants to roam around and taste different Energies? How does your Dark Feminine move? Dress? How does she kiss, lick and fuck?

Why wouldn’t saying pussy and Vagina be as natural and relaxed as saying elbow or Eye? It’s so incredibly important to be able to communicate about our bodies without shame. Said in another way; it’s a clear Sensual shadow if you don’t

And considering it isn`t possible to write the words on social media without running the risk of being automatically censored by a bot, and even run the risk of automatic deletion by posting this picture… it does make perfect sense that for most, likely all of us, there’s the feeling of taboo or shame?

3 years ago I started practicing saying it. I would feel myself going red. Feel uncomfortable. Then it got easier and easier. I’ve then added lots of different words, and I noticed I felt more shame around Norwegian expressions (example: fitte), as well as Vagina felt very “technical”

Sometimes I can still feel undercurrent when using any of the terms. But mostly, I have to remind myself when being in public, that some might be uncomfortable if I “loudly” talk about the genitals or sex {it’s some of my favorite subjects, so it’s not uncommon}

My relationship to some of my most sacred//sensitive parts of my body is delicious now; and I see how greatly this has been influenced by my naturalness to the words

Words are spells; and it’s mainly connected to the Energy you put into it

I have also done mirror work; as in taking time to SEE my Vagina. Both just looking, as well as looking while touching, and also to look at myself with other women doing the same (mirror work with their pussy).

I connect with her constantly throughout the day. She is giving me a buzz of delight now as I’m tuning in~ it’s close to an orgasm here just like this; no touch needed other then saying hello to her: Because she’s got a lot to say; after all she has several lips 

Will also add that I believe it important to not use words for our genitalia in negative context- as in not saying cunt, dickhead etc to mean something negative about a person, as I believe to do that is part of keeping the shame around our bodies and sexuality

Life fucks me over- in a juicy way..

I have been trying to bring my offerings into structure the past month. And it is like dropping the soap in the shower with a lover… (getting fucked – in a good way… )

I will be gentle with myself that in this time I have also been in Mexico with bad internet, travelling between continents, struggled with jetlag and have a 9 year old

Transparency is a key aspect for me; as it tears me down from a pedestal: Because I am not here as an expert to tell you in 3 or 10 steps how to xyz (and magically life is a flying ride on a unicorn in pink clouds )

My desire is to support people {YOU} into inner sovereignty – because there is not one way to do things “right”- there is the way that is just perfect for you (and you are walking it right now; and that includes to get the continuous opportunity to listen within if readjustments are needed)

My desire in the World is to ignite, inspire and share my insights; and whether you do what I share or not: I`m learning to disattach to. This relates to how connected I am to myself: 》The more I love and accept myself and my shadows; the more I am more able to focus on my own life and mission

Back to the fucking []: Every time I am sitting down to get the structure out- filled with ideas, structures and visions in my head- I end up in a beautiful soapy mess of pleasure

AKA: down a new rabbit hole…

And I will add that some of the rabbit holes also comes from me noticing me being distracted by what others are (not) doing ( = shadow-work!)

I enjoy so much my creative bubble and play- it is a combination of my inner child (finally being allowed- I was early very serious as a child) and my Feminine feeling body (I was restricting my emotions and living in my head for years and years… add previous depression and auto-immune problems too)

Because… with every new aha and realization; I feel the need to integrate and let it settle. Because integrity- as in speaking form where I AM and not where I want to be (or want others to believe I am at….)

True; but also a way for me to avoid… aka staying small

These soapy adventures is super fun, juicy and I am getting really clean – my shadows are revealed in such a rapid amazing rate! There are lots of joy, laughter, orgasms plus the other aspects of growing like needing rest, releasing blocks through the body (pain, dis-ease symptoms etc)

AND one of the clear shadows I am shown is the lack of structure in my life 》My inner child is saying I am pooping on the fun 》And it’s revealed deeper to me now how my Inner Saboteur takes advantage of this

My previous strict polarity in the rational mind (any polarization is shadow if you ask me), have parts of me shun and feel like routine and structure is repulsive… (shadow work is looking at where feel a push pull between I do not want and I want)

I also believe that usually we get further by going slow and gentle;

Because I been on the path of strict structure many many times before (had six pack, got up at 5.30 am, forced myself through years of engineering studies etc).

And my desire is to create TRUE inner union coming from the wilderness of my Heart- as in my authentic self

THIS is what I want to see in the World too~ I believe we change it from the inside out 》When you THRIVE, the World thrives better too❤️‍🔥
